Your Account

  • I already have an account with S&T.  How do I get a password?  Click on the Register for Online Ordering button and fill out the form.  We will have you set up in no time.

  • I have an account but do not have a sales representative.  What do I do?  Call (800) 869-1073 or (651) 483-4411 and ask for customer service or e-mail us at custserv@stoffice.com.  Tell us you would like to order online and are in need of a sales representative.

  • I do not have an account with S&T Office Products.  How do I order?  Call Customer Service at (800) 869-1073 or (651) 483-9911 or e-mail us at custserv@stoffice.com.  Let us know you would like to open an account.  One of our sales representatives will contact you with more information.  To get a head start, download the credit application and fax or mail it to us.  Thanks for your interest in S&T.

   

Billing Information

  • Will I receive my invoices from S&T the same way I currently do when I order on the Internet?  Yes.  Hard copy invoices will be sent just as we do now.  We do offer multiple invoicing methods; including customized and electronic invoicing.

  • Can I pay by credit card?  Yes, S&T accepts Master Card and Visa.

  • Can I be billed electronically?  Yes, this can easily be arranged with our customer care department.

   

Customer Service

  • Help Desk:  In the lower left hand corner of every page we have a section devoted to Customer Care. Returns can be processed, catalogs can be requested and more.  However, if you wish to speak to a person, call customer service at (651) 483-9911 or (800) 869-1073.  You may also e-mail us at custserv@stoffice.com.

  • Returns and/or Exchanges:  S&T's goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product purchased from us, you may return it within 20 days in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Use our electronic return form or contact us and S&T will arrange for the product to be picked up. You may receive a full refund, exchange a product or obtain a credit for the purchase price per our Return Policy.

   

Ordering Capabilities

  • Can departments be invoiced separately?  The online ordering system will allow as many departments (ship-to's) as your company has, including new users and additional delivery addresses.

  • Can I customize my purchases by price and product?  The online catalog is customized with the product that is proprietary to your account, as well as the special prices your sales rep has set for you.  "My Shopping List" will allow you to build your own quick lists of products you order frequently.   Select the "Company Lists" for products that are your best values.

   

Product

  • What are my search options?  There are many ways to search and order.  You may drill down through product categories to get your desired product.  You may also use the Search box to locate a product, type in part of a number or description and a list of matching product will appear.  To enter more details on your product use the Advanced Search button.
