Register online and in most cases, our e-commerce staff will have you set up within 24 hours. Online ordering does not require the addition of software. Scanning takes a bit more time and the addition of a very small file (500K) to allow the scanner to function properly—we’ll coordinate with your IT staff to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Training and Support
The Online Ordering system and ScanTech is fully supported by the S&T E-commerce staff. Training can take place at the same time your file is installed and takes very little time. We’re available during normal working hours to answer any questions. The customer care team is fully trained as well.
